US foreign aid is a goooooooooo

It is part of a developed nations job to aid less fortunate countries who do not have the resources. Many view the U.S. as a police of the world, so I do not see why those same people would not agree with the terms of aid from America to overpopulated under-developed countries. As a nation ( but not only subject to the U.S. of course, all first world countries share the same obligation) which has the resources, infrastructure, and ability to help on an issue such as overpopulation and excess birth rates it leaves us with no other choice. The use of contraceptives and education about excess births is vital to the prevention of what the future may hold in terms of population. Right now the U.S. is respectively assisting with large amounts of resources towards famine and war torn countries that may need the aid. If the population crisis is not met the same way then we as a country will be feeding the exact issues that are currently being resolved. An overpopulated world without order is like how globalization is the answer to everything in Wally's class, it seems to lead to many of the problems in modern day. So, in turn, fix the population crisis then fix global tissues, I mean issues...
