u.s. foreign aid

I the U.S. and any other country that is a super power should all work together to stabilized underdeveloped countries. If these countries do not become a place where businesses are willing to invest in the the people living in these regions are never going to be able to live standard healthy life because there will be no jobs to supply them with income. Since people in under developed countries can badly get food its unlikely that they have received any education on what problems are going on in the world. The U.S. needs to help these countries become educated on what is going on in the world in regards to our exponential population growth since most of the growth is from underdeveloped countries. If they were educated on why smaller families would benefit them and world maybe they would start taking up the practice of having fewer children. Also if we educate them and fund them in the process of getting business to come to their countries because then that ill create jobs and income for the people in the these countries. If we do end up aiding counties by educating them their should be condition to follow such as no killing people that are giving the aid, no currupt government leader can take the money way, and if these problems have already happened with a country then we need to be striker with our regulations with that specific country.
