U.S government and foreign aid.

The United States government should give foreign aid to reduce population growth in other countries because it is the responsibility of the states as an industrialized country and as the worlds largest "giver." to do so. The United Sates could potentially provide for better health care in ways that would in turn help other countries’ reduce their population growth in ways that didn’t resolve in murders and deaths. These examples would include contraceptives, classes to prevent reproduction etc. The United States giving foreign aid would also result in future aid from countries' that it had previously helped. Yes, there should be conditions under giving foreign aid so that both countries benefit in some way. An example of this would be the United States giving money, supplies, clothes etc. to support education in a country such as, Afghanistan as long as girls and women were being educated along with men and boys. Under these conditions foreign countries and the United States would both be benefiting.
