Market building strategy &Cost minimizing strategies

The main difference between market building strategy and cost minimizing strategy is morality. Market building strategies build a strong business the right way. The right way to build a company is by finding cheap quality merchandise, pay workers fairly, treat workers equally, and be true to your mission statement. These things help a company become strong without violating anyones human rights. Cost minimizing strategy is differs from market building strategies because it violates the rights of humans. People that works for companies that practice these kinds of strategies usually experience things such as un unfairly low wages, bad working conditions (dangerous/lack of sanitation), and are treated unfairly and uneaqually . These workers are normally forced to work these jobs because they can't find jobs with better pay. Such as in China men, women, and children, work long hours for wages that barley cover their expenses for living. These workers also work long hours everyday in probably bad working conditions that are dangerous as well. One reason why the economy is so bad today is because we support work ethics such as cost minimizing by outsourcing, instead of supporting and buying from the companies in the U.S.
