Market Building Strategy vs.Cost Minimizing Strategy

There are many differences between these two strategies. First there is a large difference in the countries that make up these strategies. The seemingly moral choice would be Market Building Strategy for a country like the US that does hold Human Rights on a much higher platform than some other countries. The first difference comes from this idea, that the US uses this because we are such a world power. But other countries need the US' support for their economy to succeed. This is where the first difference lies. There would be less of an economy in the countries we help if not for the US so in their case they would lean towards a Cost Minimizing Strategy to get the most work possible to bring in the income from the countries relying on them. Another key difference is in the US people are given more of a chance to succeed and the Market Building Strategy truly helps everyone in the country chip in as part of economic success. This is an important aspect because with Cost Minimizing the employees receive the bare minimum and it slowly adds to the economy when, with the other strategy you receive more for the work you put in.
