Somalia food giveaway

After watching the videos in history it became much more apparent of the struggles that the people in the Horn of Africa are undergoing. In Somalia, men, woman and children are dying of starvation everyday. With more than 80% of aid being denied to Somalian people by Al-Shabab the peoples eyes and hearts are now beginning to turn towards Al-Qaeda for help. In a recent event a seemingly friendly man named Abu Abdulla Almuhajir came to Somalia on behalf on Al-Qaeda's leader Ayman al-Zawahri. With him he brought grain, powdered milk, and dates. This act of kindness seems to be more of a cattle-call for collecting more potential Al-Qaeda operatives. Somalian's see Al-Qaeda as being sympathetic and this may lead to them wanting to join their force. It would seem that Al-Shabab may be secretly working with Al-Qaeda, and by controlling the amount of aid allowed and and also permitting Al-Qaeda to assist Somalia he is promoting terrosism. Although the aid being provided to Somalia is needed, the group providing it is not the one to be doing it. If this continues the United States and many other countries may be facing a much greater threat.
