Somalia Food Giveaway.

Reading the article on Somalia's food giveaway I am left with abashment and great sympathy for the Somalian people who have been suffering from the famine.It is stated that Al Qaeda has previously in the past helped the Somalian people through different crisis' but, it makes a person wonder then how they could let these innocent people starve to death. I personally am left to raise the question, 'what are the motives behind these food supplies from Al Qaeda leaders?' And now, although these actions prove to present these leaders' as saint's saving the people in Somalia from the famine;In my opinion they do not represent anything but power hungry forces looking to take advantage of these desperate people in need of food. The Shabab people, are not truly looking out for the well being of Somalian's, but rather themselves and ways that they can put together a greater and stronger Al Qaeda force. The leader of the Shabab's is ruthless, dishonorable and should be thrown in prison for the indirect actions he's committed against the Somalian's. He tricks the Somalian's and lures them with food so that they are willing to do anything for the little food they might be provided with. The United States should send soldiers and Red Cross members to save, provide food, and protect these Somalian's who clearly don't stand a chance against the Shabab's. It's very unfortunate to see thousands of innocent people struggle to survive with little to no food each day.
