Debate Reflection

Overall, I think my group did fairly well. We had strong arguments and presented our case well. That is, the two people in the five to six people group did. I thought the debate was no such a bad idea for a project, but I wish the entire group was more involved. The first day we worked on it, the whole group was giving our input for possible contentions for our resolution. After that class period, though, it seemed to be all on the speakers (at least that's what it felt like to me). I wish there was a way to fully involve everyone in the debate without giving the people that enjoy speaking little to do and the people that don't like to speak too much to do. I think if the debate was individual then it would be a more equal way of grading.
