Debate..

Overall, I think the debate went well and that Simon, Tucker, David, and Ben did an excellent job at presenting their arguments. Both groups were very confident, appeared comfortable with their topic, and public speaking in general which is the key to success in these sorts of activities. I give all the speakers credit, whether you’re sitting or standing it’s not easy getting up there in front of the class! Personally I thought a setback was the lack of knowledge as to how a debate is actually run, however, there’s nothing we could have really done to fix that. But with that setback removed the only thing we could have done better as a group, overall would have been to find more recent evidence.
