Chomsky vs. Friedman Video Response

In the videos of Noam Chomsky and Thomas Friedman, a viewer can see that the two men had total opposite ideas regarding globalization. While Chomsky did not like it, Friedman did. Chomsky thought that globalization only helped the wealthy which causes social classes to form and the rich only get richer. In other words, globalization is actually doing the opposite of what it is meant to do. Chomsky also mentions that he does like the idea of international integration but not globalization. In Friedman's speech, he talks about the three eras of globalization. He mentions how rather than benefiting big businesses and companies, globalization benefits the individual. Friedman sees how globalization can benefit the world.

I tend to agree with Friedman.
