Globalization

Globalization definitely can be both positive and negative. I feel as though it is good because it allows countries to obtain goods for all around the world. When a third world country is in need of protection or support the US can step in to help and make things easier for the country. This not only helps the third world countries grow but it give the United States allies that they can rely on. Globalization can also have a good effect on the United States. This can boost the economy and help the middle class citizens. On the other side globalization can be very bad. Terrorism and disease are much more dangerous because of globalization. Internet has allowed terrorist ideologies to come about throughout the world. Epidemics can be easily spread around the world in just a few hours due to the easy access to flying across the world. Conflicts can also arise between different countries due to religious practices and cultural beliefs. Although the United States is a very powerful nation, taking on the entire world is a very big task. Trying to control other nations is only going to cause tensions and could result in war. Globalization has good aspects as well as bad aspects that effect the United States.
