freidman's idea of globalization

he started out his arguement by talking about the 1.0 of globalization and how the country is the "dynamic agent" which would be kinda the exploration process during its time. to where Freidman talks about 2.0 and 3.0 how there is kinda a trickling down effect how it started off so large to medium to tiny from counrties globalizing to Individuals globalizing.

overall i believe with freidmans point of view toward the idea of globalization because with all of the new regualtions and laws set in stone today and the difference is balance in world power that is kinda is up to an individual to globalize and innovate by himself or with another instead of one whole country doing it by itself.
