Globalization

At the beginning of the year I was stuck in the middle of good or bad.  Globalization does have some flaws, but it also has some very positive affects to it as well.  It also plays a large role in todays society.  Globalization strongly effects the political and economical growth of most first and second world nations.  It helps stimulate economies through international trade, while politically it allows other nations to get into foreign affairs and help come up with a solution to the problem.  The negative aspect of the political feature of globalization is that, not all nations want foreign aid and this is where the issue of terrorism is brought up.  The main positive effect of globalization is the creation of jobs.  Some say it is a pollution of a nations culture to introduce foreign customs to that country, but in reality it is not.  It is extremely beneficial to the up and coming nation because it is providing more jobs for more people.  It is true that most of the factories exploit their workers, but being exploited by these new job opportunities still pays better than the original jobs in that area.
Every Positive has a negative, and every pro has a con, but in the case of globalization, the positives heavily out weigh the negatives.
