Chomsky is for the most part undecided about globalization. Although he criticizes it and says that it only helps the wealthy, he does not provide any solutions He explains how integration hurts the peasant, specifically farmers from the south, but does not say what can be done about it.
Friedman is much more straightforward and direct. He explains how globalization has been taking place ever since Columbus set foot on America, globalization has been happening. His main idea is that globalization is inevitable, and it will be done. But will it happen by you or to you?
I tend to agree with Friedman, because of his organized ideas that make sense and are very true.
