Chomsky vs. Freedman

Chomsky:
Although Chomsky is able to recognize the benefits of globalization he centers on the fact that globalization has resulted in a drastic slip between the lower and middle class. He blames globalization by saying that the poor are being pushed to factory jobs within cities or highly populated areas making the population of workers per job higher, which lowers wages. Ultimately Chomsky concludes that globalization is more negative then it is positive.

Freedman:
Freeman sees globalization as an amazing attribute to today’s global market and society. He believes that any idea that somebody has they should make it into reality because what can be done will eventually be done. The power of globalization is so overwhelmingly helpful and necessary to a growing and developing world.

I agree with Chomsky.
