Globalization

Before reading this article on Globalization I was in the middle I didn't know if it was bad or good. After reading over this article I am completely against Globalization.  First off I realized that by trading goods with another nations we are allowing drugs, an all sorts of diseases into our country. By trading goods with third world country's we are basically bringing diseases back home by boat or plane. Drugs can also be smuggled into our country when we globalize thus not doing anything to better the American society.  It is so easy to sneak things onto our ships from other countries even people.  When people are smuggled into the US this leads to human trafficking. Curently our nation is in an amount of debt that is almost impossible to recover from. This may sound selfish, but instead of helping other countries the United States should be focusing on helping to better our economy first.  The United States is one of the only countries that is actually doing anything for any other nations and by doing so we are pouring money into other countries economies instead of ours. Basically globalization leads to debt and the security of America in trouble. Once we make our nation the best it can be then we can start to help others.
