"Why Globalization is Bad"
Over time and throughout the last few decades, globalization has become progressively threatening. From international terrorism, to worldwide drug trafficking, the "dark side" of globalization has began to diffuse. While these dangers increase, global problems are beginning to produce more rapidly. This rate has further surpassed the “rate at which old problems are fixed.” Due to the two ratios becoming different, globalization is moreover negative than positive. Additionally, another example of why globalization has a negative impact is due to foreign states and countries that try to constrain American power. When states or nations such as Iraq, Hamas, Iran, Somalia, North Korea, and Venezuela fail to create alliances, they find other ways to “make life more difficult for Washington.” This further creates negative problems involved in globalization. Making difficulties for America promotes counterfeiting U.S currency which diminishes the United States economy. Also, due to the fact that America is dependent on oil from some of these states and nations, they are able to skyrocket the price which makes it more expensive to costumers. Lastly, another bad part of globalization is Global Warming. People from every nation release toxic element into the Earth which is slowly deteriorating the atmosphere.
