Environment and Food

Food and environment are both considered natural human rights by the UN; but, they were both barely mentioned at all in the Declaration of Human Rights. I believe they were not mentioned because people still have trouble grasping these ideas. Yes, we can study and compare governments and communities etc., but how does one judge an environment that naturally has not been deal natural resources or enough food for the people? Does it then relay the responsibility to people o other nations. Basically, these issues were not mentioned in my opinion due to the fact that humans have little control over them, or have not been fully successful in implementing policies to provide these things. There are people dying of starvation and global warming is a huge issue, humans still need to figure out how to implement an Article that can make these things more available; they had not done this when the Declaration of Human Rights was published.

(have on e-mail from last night, unable to post unless on school computer idk why!)
