Human Rights Packet

After reading the thirty articles on human rights I was surprised at how little was mentioned on Food and environmental security. I believe that this is because it I hard to control both of those things, and they also effect each other. World hunger is a huge issue today and its impossible to make sure everyone in the world goes to bed each night with a full tummy. It’s just not a realistic statement; it is too wide spread to manage. Same thing goes for environment; we never know what is going to happen in a country from a weather standpoint. We cannot stop a drought and we cannot cool off a heat wave. It is not a possible action the United Nations can take. The only other reason I can think of that they have environment in here is for pollution. But back when these securities were written the environment was not a main concern. Peoples rights and lives in general were the main fuscous of the creators.
