Environment and Food

            After reading the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, I was very surprised to find that environmental and food securities are not included in this document. I believe that they were not addressed because they were not large-scale or well known problems at the time. When the list was being written, it is possible that food was so obvious that it didn’t even need to be written, and possibly the same with environmental security.
