Environment & Food

I believe that Food and environment securities were left out for a variety of reasons.  There are too many factors that play into keeping the environmental security in check.  It is just too hard to keep track of, there are too many places that have clean air but no water, or have polluted water and no food.  It is too difficult to make an article in the UDHR that fully protect the environmental security.  The same goes for the food security.  There were no articles for it most likely because along with the environment, it is too hard to keep regulated throughout the world.  The final piece that might play into why the food and environmental securities are not in the UDHR is because those two problems are not present to the countries that made up the articles.  It appears that the UN dedicated most of its articles to the most prevalent problems to first world countries, rather than to all countries needs.
