Environmental Security

In my opinion, environmental security is the most important out of all the human securities. If we really think about it the environment affects everything. For example, with the earthquakes that happened in Haiti and Japan many issues rose because of the earthquakes. In Haiti, there was an outbreak of Cholera which affected the population of Haiti greatly. There was a lot of pollution and and much of the agriculture was destroyed, thus helping destroy the economy. The same thing happened in Japan as well when they has their earthquakes. However, their fish industry was partly destroyed which is a big part of their economy. Overall, environmental problems affect many of the other human securities, such as food, economic, health, and many of the others as well.
