Personal security is without a doubt the most valuable and important human security. Everyone deserves to live in a safe area where they feel comfortable. Today it is often seen that in order to live in a secure place money is needed. Most suburbs are much safer then city life but city life is usually far less expensive then suburban life. Everyone no matter what economic class should have access to personal security. Without personal security people are not able to develop into their full potential. The crime rate gets higher because people look for any means of safety which often means joining the negative forces. For example, people join gangs to have a feeling of safety and power behind them.
