Food and Environmental Security

After researching on the United Nations' own website, I wasn't able to find an exact answer but from what I read, I think I can figure out why they weren't included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The reason is because the Declaration itself isn't specific laws as it is guidelines. Since global hunger issues and environmental problems can come in many different ways and affect many people differently, there's no real way to sum up in a small paragraph how to respond to/ensure that people all have these basic rights. Also, since the UN itself isn't as much an authoritative organization as it is an administrative, there is absolutely no way it could decide for millions of people on how to respond to environmental crises as well as global famines. The reason that food and environmental securities are not included in the UDHR is because they would be too hard to apply a short paragraph to describing how to fix them and it would also be too much of a difficult task for just an organization to handle.
