Food & Environment

Understandably, food and environmental securities are not a part of the Declaration of Human Rights for a few obvious reasons.  Both the environment and food source/distribution are very hard to control. It is nearly impossible to protect the world from natural disasters because they are unpredictable and far to powerful to be controlled. It would also be far to hard to make a single document pertaining to environmental security with so many different climate zones. Food security is much of the same story. Food shortages are non predictable because if a crop dies or doesn't grow do to the environment it is not in the control of world citizens. Droughts, floods, and tornados are all examples of a few of the many unpredictable but detrimental natural disasters that have effects on food sources.
