Food and Environment

I believe that food and evironment were left out for reasons of difficulty. The environment is such a fragile piece of the world that it is impossible to fully protect. They may also take this for granted based on the notion that most of the world has a livable environment in terms of air, although not as often water. The UN also left out food most likely because of the scale of the problem and possibly because of how obvious it is that everyone needs food to survive. If the people affected did not have food they would not survive which is the problem faced by many. This is an initiative so large that the UN might not want to commit to taking it on. Another reason may be the fact that the articles were written primarily by first world countries that do not have the same issues as well as keeping the list down below several hundred possible needs.
