Palestinians have been trying to get “statehood recognition” from the United Nations for a long time. Israel also wants to have the holy city of Jerusalem. These two have been fighting for years with more violence than solutions and will continue without the final decision from the United Nations. Palestinians have decided to put the pressure on Israel by taking political and legal actions. Many believe this is going to cause even more chaos for Israel because they are already in conflict with Egypt, Turkey and Gaza. However, Palestinians respond that the Iraelis have been causing their lives to be hectic enough that they are willing to take the risk. Palestine has decided to stop the negotiations with Isreal because they have the United Nations and international legal forums to ask for permissions to “...grant them membership and statehood recognition...” Due to the new negotiations, there will be a result of another huge conflict, involving many countries and nations, including America.
