Israel vs. Palestine

Through all of the tension between the United States and the Middle East, something else seems to draw the most attention. On the never ending road of conflict, Israel and Palestine have been battling for decades for the holy city, Jerusalem. Agreements have been made over many decades, but nothing seems to hold up long enough for peace to over power violence. Perhaps the separation of church and state is a good idea, religious wars are most often never ending. Palestine, having more allies in their corner is a dangerous place to mess with. Yes, Israel is supported by the United States and Britain, but Palestine is supported by nearly all of their neighbors. Iran having Nuclear weapons makes this situation very sticky. In the event that Palestine becomes an independent state, world war III may very likely erupt.
